What's Included:

Pre-Screen Questionnaire

We will start with a Pre-screen questionnaire to gain some insight into what is going on in your life and your goals.

9 Zoom Sessions

We will have 3 - 60 minute zoom sessions per month for a total of 9 sessions in your program time.

Recap Emails 

You will get a recap summary email of each call. Along with actionable steps to help move you forward.

Voxer Support

Monday through Friday you will receive Voxer support during your program contract

What's included in my transformation?

Pre-Screen Questionnaire

1 x 90-minute intake coaching session. We will start with a Pre-screen questionnaire to gain some insight into what is going on in your life and your goals.

Coaching Sessions

3 x 60-minute per month for a total of 9 sessions. Coaching sessions are held via Zoom or telephone. Recap summary email of each call, with actionable steps

Personalized Resources

Personalized exercises, meditations and resources for continued development between sessions

30-minute Reiki Session

1 x 30-min optional Reiki session (Distance)

On Going Support

On-going support between sessions via Voxer or WhatsApp. Voxer Support: M-F During Program Contract
